Dit boek staat al heel lang op mijn tbr. Toen iemand lovend sprak over het tweede deel tijdens roze woensdag in Nijmegen waar ik meehielp in de boekenkraam, besloot ik er maar eens werk van te maken. Ik vond het boek op Storytel dus dat was erg fijn.

De performer op storytel krijgt trouwens echt 10 sterren, als je dit boek ook nog wil lezen, kan ik je echt aanraden om hem als luisterboek te luisteren.

In ieder geval, never a dull moment met dit boek. Het is echt een achtbaan. Monty is een erg unlikeable personage, en dat maakt het een erg leuk boek. Hij maakt constant de verkeerde keuzes en dat zorgt ervoor dat ze telkens in vreemde situaties belanden. Het boek is spannend en onverwacht, juist omdat Monty telkens de niet-logische keuze maakt. Je weet nooit welke kant de achtbaan op zal gaan, maar dat het een fantastische rit wordt, staat vast.
