Recensie:
Ik had dit boek echt al een hele tijd om mijn to read lijst staan. Toen ik naar een beurs in Amsterdam ging waar een kraampje van BlossomBooks stond, kwam ik ‘m tegen voor een leuk prijsje, dus ik besloot hem mee te nemen. En wat ben ik blij dat ik dat heb gedaan, want dit boek is super tof!

Het is een young adult comic/graphic novel. Het lijkt op een stripverhaal met een held en een slechterik, maar het is heel anders dan je in eerste instantie zou denken. Het speelt echt met de conventies en clichés van het stripverhaal zoals we dat kennen, en dat vond ik heel leuk.

Het verhaal is heel leuk, spannend en ook nog eens grappig. Het liet me enkele keren hardop lachen. De personages zijn tof en goed uitgewerkt. Vooral Nimona vind ik een erg leuk personage.

De tekeningen passen echt bij het verhaal en zijn superleuk. Ik vond het leuk om dit boek te lezen en ik kan het ook iedereen aanraden!
